The workshop area has now been relocated to the back of the store. this has allowed us to open what was the old workshop up and make it part of the retail area. Slatwall is up, the counter will, time allowing move tomorrow. This will allow us to display more bows.

Well how time flies, what with back injury's and banks getting to this point has been a challenge. The store will open on the 28th January. over the next two days all the building work will be completed, then the stock which arrived today can be unpacked, put out and priced.

It's an exciting time and we are very much looking forward to finaly getting the store open and up and running, I

Well here's a first look of what will be the bow room in our new pro shop which will open late this year - early next year. Walls and slat board are to be painted, cheuqer plate to go on the floors, counters to build, electrics to sort and that's just the bow room. What's through the NO Entry door? you will have to come back for a later post to find out.

The stock order of Limbsavers have arrived. We now have in stock a selection of 12 Limbsaver compound bows including the Proton and DZ36. Plus unlike other some others we have spare strings and spare parts in stock, meaning should anything go wrong with these great bows we are able to offer a good back up service.

Aim archery sponsored archer Chris Keate takes delivery of his new Limbsaver DZ36. Movie taken on the first morning of set up whilst doing walk back tuning for center shot adjustment at High Wealds outdoor range.

Well the rumors are spreading, is there going to be a new archery shop opening in Sussex?

As we are now importing bows and arrows from Hungry and limbsaver compounds from the USA as well we have just secured the sole UK distributorship for Maitland bows. It seems the next logical step.

We already have business premises in Bexhill on sea and will during November and December turn a part of these into a shop and small test range, this will initially be for the products that we import. We already have trade accounts set up with the two biggest archery wholesalers in Europe and through these guys can order anything that you may need. We think that in time the business will go to being a complete archery center catering for your every need. This will be dependent on funding the initial stock, we are working on this but the banks are dragging their heels. So if there are any dragons out there that fancy an investment please do contact us.

Wow that was quick, the 12 compounds are in UK custom awaiting payment of duty. get that done tomorrow and we should get them on Tuesday. How exciting.

36 arrows arrived during the week from Henrik in Hungry. the are all hand made quality arrows in various finishes. They are all spined, weighed and straight. Will photograph this weekend and get them up on the website.

The Limbsaver stock order left the USA last Friday and should be winging it's way to the UK as I write this. We have 6 Proton's and 6 DZ36's plus all cam mods and spares packs. Hooping there will be a customs notification next week to say they are in the UK.

Here's a simple video of the Limbsaver Proton Compound bow being shot, watch how still the bow is on release, there is so little movement or jump.
